Subscription Policy

This Terms and Conditions agreement is entered into by and between you and Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC (hereafter, “Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC”, “CoCreate Magick”, “Mystic Makers Business Portal”, “the Portal”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).


CoCreate Magick and Mystic Makers Business Portal may allow its Customers to access certain Website features for a monthly recurring fee (“Subscription”).

CoCreate Magick currently offers the following subscription-based plan options:

  • Mystic Makers Business Portal: $55 per month or $555 yearly – includes access to the Portal, a private community, and private Q&A livestream.

Mystic Makers Business Portal Subscriptions are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferrable, not-for-resale use.

By purchasing the Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription. Your Subscription continues until cancelled by you or until we terminate your access to or use of the Website or Subscription in accordance with these Terms.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.


CoCreate Magick will permanently retire the following plans: Founders Plans (hereafter, collectively referred to as “legacy plans”). Legacy plans are no longer available for purchase.

If a Mystic Makers Business Portal account holder is currently enrolled in a legacy plan, then CoCreate Magick will continue to honor the pricing and features for that plan as long as the account holder maintains an active subscription. This includes making timely payments on any payments owed under a payment plan. If a legacy plan account holder defaults on a payment, CoCreate Magick will take the steps outlined in the “CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS AND CHARGES” section below.

An active subscription for a legacy plan is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to or inherited by another individual. In the event that an account holder with an active subscription for a legacy plan sells their business or wishes to transfer their account ownership to another individual, the account holder is not permitted to include their legacy plan and subscription within their agreement with the other party or to make any guarantees on behalf of CoCreate Magick.


Once you subscribe, we (or our third-party payment processor) will automatically charge your Subscription fee on each renewal date. We will continue to automatically process your Subscription fee each month at the then-current Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Subscription below at the Section “Cancellations”.


Account holders may cancel their accounts at any time. If you cancel during your billing cycle, your subscription is honored until the end of the cycle and then canceled to avoid rebilling. Once the subscription reaches the end of the billing cycle, the account will be permanently deleted from the Mystic Makers Business Portal platform.

Legacy account holders cannot upgrade their accounts following cancellation. All account holders that would like to come back to Mystic Makers Business Portal after cancellation must sign up for one of the available Mystic Makers Business Portal plan options outlined above.

I understand that by canceling, my account will transition to “admin read-only” access for a period of 90 days at the end of my billing cycle. After that 90-day period, my account will be permanently deleted and I will lose access to all content; however, I remain bound to the ongoing provisions in the Mystic Makers Business Portal Terms and Conditions which I agreed.

You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then-current Subscription period. If you cancel, your right to use the Website will continue until the end of your then current subscription period and will then terminate without further charges. We may cancel your Subscription if you fail to pay for your Subscription, violate these Terms, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCES ON YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY FEES YOU MAY INCUR OR MAY HAVE INCURRED, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.

You may visit for assistance logging in to your account. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, cancellation does not entitle you to any refund and any remaining default or late payments will be due immediately.


CoCreate Magick may terminate your use of the Services at its sole discretion, at any time, without refund or notice, if you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.


Account holders enrolled in a monthly plan will be billed every thirty (30) days until they cancel. Account holders enrolled in an annual plan will be billed once every year until they cancel.

If you enrolled in the Founders plan, which is a legacy plan, you agreed to a one-time payment for the use of a limited CoCreate Magick account for the period of 12 months. At the end of the 12 months, you have the option to renew at the same Lite plan price of $99 for a year of use, to upgrade to our All Access Plan or to allow their account to fall into our admin read-only access account for a period of 90 days before the account is deleted.

In the event you do cancel, any default or late payments will be due immediately. CoCreate Magick reserves the right to charge a late fee on all balances more than thirty (30) days overdue. You agree to reimburse CoCreate Magick for all collection and/or legal fees and expenses necessitated by lateness or default in payment.


Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC has a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC does not offer refunds for any portion of your payment and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using our Services, you understand and agree that except as provided above, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

If you enrolled in the Founders plan prior to May 1, 2024, Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC agrees to uphold the 7-day guarantee offered to you at the time of your enrollment.

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms and Conditions that you have agreed to prior to completing your purchase, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.


The membership platform Mystic Makers Business Portal uses is MemberVault. The payment gateways that MemberVault uses are PayPal and Stripe.

If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).

In the event that your payment fails (for whatever reason), then MemberVault will re-attempt the payment three (3) additional times. Therefore, all in all, MemberVault will try to capture the payment a total of four (4) times. Each time the payment fails, Stripe and PayPal send notification emails to you, letting you know that your payment did not go through. Lisa Stewart Designs, LLC is also alerted when payment fails and will send a gentle email encouraging you to update your payment information.

If all four (4) attempts to collect payment by the processors fail, your payment is automatically canceled within the payment processor itself and marked as delinquent. Once the account is marked as delinquent, the account will be deleted.

If the account holder wishes to re-activate their account after their account is marked delinquent, the account owner will need to contact CoCreate Magick at to re-activate their account.

If the account holder was on a legacy plan, as stated in the payment notification emails from CoCreate Magick, once their account is delinquent, they relinquish rights to their legacy plan and will need to re-activate their account under one of the currently available plan options.
